These prices give you a starting point for planning the work. Some services have a fixed scope, while others depend on the support you need. We'll agree the scope and cost before anything starts, and I'm happy to help you work out which option fits.

02 · Implementation

Ongoing implementation and support · from £1,500/month

If you'd like help putting your AI visibility audit findings into practice, ongoing support starts at £1,500 a month. We'll agree the priorities and monthly scope around the work you need, whether that's structured data, clearer brand information or content improvements. I can carry out the work and support your team with the tasks they own.

Optional re-measurement: the separate monthly service below tracks changes in your visibility against the audit baseline.

What the work can include

  • Structured data improvements, checked against the relevant requirements.
  • Clearer information about your business, people and services.
  • Content briefs or updates that address the audit findings.
  • Working sessions with your developer or content lead.
03 · Re-measurement

Monthly re-measurement · £750/month

I repeat the original 50 prompts across the same four engines and compare the answers with your audit baseline and previous results. The report covers changes in brand mentions, competitor presence and inaccuracies, with relevant changes to the test conditions recorded alongside them.

This helps us see what has changed. It doesn't, by itself, prove that a particular website change caused the result.

Re-measurement is billed quarterly at £2,250. The £1,000 credit included with your audit reduces the first quarter to £1,250.

You can cancel at any time.

What you get each month

  • Re-run of your original 50 prompts across the same four engines
  • Change in visibility score versus your baseline (and versus last month)
  • Competitor citation share movement: who's gaining, who's dropping
  • Any new inaccuracies or brand confusion identified
  • A short written commentary on what changed and what, if anything, to do about it
04 · Audit

E-E-A-T audit · from £1,500

A review of how your website presents experience, expertise, authority and trust. I use a set of 89 checks covering business information, authorship and content, then explain the findings and recommend priorities.

The tools help gather the evidence. I review the results and put them into the context of your business.

Delivery: Within one week. Format: Report with prioritised actions.

What you get

  • 89 structured checks, each scored against Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trust
  • Brand and trust signals (41 checks): contact details, policies, transparency and the credibility basics engines look for
  • Author signals (22 checks): profiles, bios, credentials and evidence of real expertise behind the content
  • Content signals (26 checks): clear authorship, schema, dates, freshness and update transparency
  • Prioritised fixes ranked by impact, each tied to the check that failed

These are the checks used in this audit, rather than a score issued by Google.

Monthly retainer · from £1,350/month

How it works

  • Initial three-month term, then monthly with 30 days' notice
  • A scope that fits your priorities, agreed before work starts
  • Working sessions, updates and progress reviews agreed around the scope
  • A day and a half of support each month to start, with additional time agreed when needed

Typical engagements

  • Fractional Head of SEO for scaleups and ecommerce
  • Migration or platform-change support for your team
  • Automation build-out for marketing or ops
06 · Project and advisory

Project work and advisory · £900/day

For work with an agreed scope, such as a migration plan, technical audit, automation discovery or strategic advice. I'll estimate the time needed and confirm the fee before work starts.

Examples

  • Migration or replatform plan: typically 4 to 8 days
  • Technical SEO audit (non-LLM): typically 3 to 5 days
  • Automation discovery and prioritised backlog: typically 2 to 4 days
  • Strategic advisory: half-day or full-day sessions, in person in Brighton or London, on site with clients around the south east (within reason) or remote

The two-week automation discovery window is elapsed delivery time, not 10 billable days. The fee is agreed from the work involved.

Choosing a starting point

The right starting point depends on what you already know. An audit can help when the problem needs investigation. If you have a clear brief or a plan ready to implement, we can discuss that work directly.

Understand the task.

We discuss the problem, the information you already have and what you'd like to achieve.

Agree the scope.

I explain the proposed work, fee and any dependencies before we start.

Review progress.

We agree how to assess the work and decide what, if anything, needs to happen next.

Questions about pricing

Why publish your rates?

They give you a starting point before you spend time on an enquiry. We may still need to discuss the scope, but you can see how I charge and whether it is likely to fit your budget.

Which prices are fixed?

The AI visibility audit is £4,000 for its published scope. General monthly retainers start at £1,350, and ongoing implementation of audit findings starts at £1,500 a month. Other work depends on the scope. I confirm the fee in writing before we start.

Do you offer discounts?

The published rates are the usual starting point. If we agree a different arrangement for a longer commitment or a particular project, I'll set out the terms in writing.

Do you work for equity or revenue share?

Cash fees are the usual arrangement. I may consider a combination of cash and equity for a suitable early-stage business, but that needs a separate discussion and agreement.

How does payment work?

The AI visibility audit can be paid by card or invoice. Retainers are invoiced monthly, while projects and other audits are invoiced on delivery. Payment terms are 14 days. I accept bank transfer for UK clients and Wise for international payments. No UK VAT is currently charged.

What if my budget is smaller?

The free tools and guides are available to use. If you have a small, clearly defined task, you're welcome to ask whether I can help within your budget. I'll tell you what is practical before you commit.

Find a useful starting point.
